For this bathroom, it was a new addition. The client wanted the following -

  • Vanity light installed above the mirror

  • Separate light for the laundry area installed

  • Bathroom exhaust/light/heater using two switches (one for the light and fan and the other for the heater)

  • The bathroom exhaust was install on a separate breaker

  • An outlet installed near the vanity

  • An outlet specifically for the washer/dryer unit

  • The washer/dryer unit was installed on a separate breaker

Client had a leaky Kenmore dishwasher. We removed the dishwasher door cover and replaced the lower door seal. We ran a test load to ensure the leak was fixed.

    Bryce fixed a dishwasher that was leaking even after I tried to replace the seal. It ended up being an inner door seal.  He completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely hire again.

    Bryce and Seth installed a new bathroom exhaust fan/light/heater. They had to run new wire and put the fan on a new breaker. They were fast and reasonably priced. Bryce came back to also install two new light fixtures and two new outlets - one for the washer/dryer unit. New breakers were installed on the panel for the bathroom, exhaust fan, and laundry unit. They did an excellent job.

    Bryce installed LED lights on our back porch steps. Now I can see and won't trip up or down the steps. He had to crawl under the deck to install the wiring. I know it wasn’t easy, but I’m so thankful for my new lights.

    Bryce and Arnold installed a new 3-way switch in the basement, fixed two outlets that weren't working, and installed a 3-way switch in the garage. I don’t know how someone lived in this house for 30 years without these. So much more convenient to have the ability to turn the lights on or off at either side of the room/garage. They did such a great job and were such a pleasure to have in my home, I hired them again for additional projects.
